In our daily life, all of us exposed to advertisements. We may consider some of them would be helpful and some of them we thought as a junk. Sometimes we blame the media houses for those we thought as irrelevant advertisements. In fact, media have responsibility to regulate advertisements before broadcast for the sake of social welfare. The research that Daniel Berhanu conducts for his MA thesis focuses on the Ethiopian Radio and Television Agency's (ERTA) internal controlling process of broadcast advertisements in respect to social responsibility.
