Usually when darkness descends at hill region, people rush to wrap up their daily chores.They had to use kerosene lamps. Kerosene lamp's fume seems to had drained the excitement from their lives. It was observed that during investigation those solar lighting gadgets had significant impact on the people of mountain areas. The scholars from various disciplines have contributed towards this giant issue.
